Quick Ashford Auditing of Accounts L.L.C (“Quick Ashford”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through quickashford.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field of our enquiry form.
- Messages and calls. When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep a record of the conversation so we can respond.
- Technical data. The page you submitted the form from, the date and time, your IP address and, where present, advertising campaign identifiers in the link you followed.
- Analytics data. If analytics or advertising tags are active on the site, they record pages viewed and actions taken, using cookies or similar identifiers.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To provide the services you engage us for, and to meet the professional and legal duties that come with them.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
- To comply with UAE law, including anti-money laundering and record-keeping rules that apply to audit and accounting firms.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email through a business email provider. We may share data with service providers who support our website, email and IT systems, under confidentiality obligations, and with regulators, courts or authorities where the law requires it. Client documents received during an engagement are covered by professional confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for the periods required by UAE law and professional standards, which in most cases means at least five years after the engagement ends, and seven years for tax records.
Cookies
This website works without cookies. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled they may set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiries and client files is limited to the staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or bank login details through the enquiry form.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, email advisor@ashfordmc.com. We reply within thirty days.
