The short answer
Does your company need an audit in the UAE?
In most cases, yes. Three separate rules can make an audit compulsory, and many companies fall under more than one of them.
-
Free zone companies
Most free zones, including DMCC, JAFZA and DAFZ, ask for audited financial statements every year before they renew the licence.
-
Corporate tax payers
Audited statements are mandatory once revenue passes AED 50 million, and for every Qualifying Free Zone Person whatever its size.
-
Mainland LLCs
The Commercial Companies Law requires a licensed auditor and accounting records kept for at least five years.

Built for owners who want the audit finished, not managed.
You should not have to chase your auditor. Here is what working with us looks like from the first call to the signed report.
-
A fee fixed before we start
You get a written quote after the first call. The scope and the price are agreed before fieldwork begins, and they do not move.
-
Reports that are accepted
Our audit reports are prepared for the people who will read them: your free zone authority, your bank and the Federal Tax Authority.
-
One firm for the full year
Bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax and the audit sit with one team, so nothing is explained twice and nothing falls between advisers.
-
Sized for your stage
We work with first-year startups, family businesses and regional groups, and the service scales as you do.
-
Deadlines we track for you
Licence renewals, VAT periods and the corporate tax return are on our calendar as well as yours. You hear from us before a date becomes a penalty.
Free consultation
