- Monthly
- Financial statements the auditor expects
- IFRS
- Tax records the law asks you to keep
- 7 years
Overview
Clean books turn year end into a review, not a rescue.
UAE law expects every company to keep proper accounting records: five years under the Commercial Companies Law and VAT rules, and seven years for corporate tax. Since corporate tax arrived, the accounts are also the starting point of the tax return, so errors in the books become errors in the tax.
Outsourcing the work to us costs less than a full-time accountant and gives you a team with audit and tax experience behind it. You get monthly reports you can read, and an auditor who finds everything in order.
- Books kept in the software you already use
- Bank, customer and supplier accounts reconciled monthly
- VAT-ready records and invoices
- Year-end file prepared for the auditor

Most clients come to us at one of these moments.

Questions about accounting & bookkeeping.

Ask on WhatsApp
How much do bookkeeping services cost in Dubai?
The fee depends on the number of monthly transactions, bank accounts, employees and the reports you want. After a short call we quote a fixed monthly fee in writing.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work in the system you already have, whether your books are in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Odoo or spreadsheets. If you have nothing yet, we help you choose and set up a system that is ready for VAT and e-invoicing.
Are UAE companies required to follow IFRS?
Yes. Financial statements used for corporate tax and audit purposes must be prepared under IFRS. Smaller businesses with revenue up to AED 50 million may use IFRS for SMEs.
How long must accounting records be kept in the UAE?
At least five years under the Commercial Companies Law and the VAT rules, and seven years after the end of the tax period for corporate tax. We keep a digital archive so records can be produced if an authority asks.
Can you fix books that are years behind?
Yes. We rebuild the ledgers from bank statements, invoices and contracts, prepare financial statements for each year, and hand a clean file to the auditor.
