Overview

Government paperwork, handled.

Running a UAE company means regular dealings with the Department of Economy, free zone authorities, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, immigration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Each has its own portal, forms, fees and sequence. A missed step means a rejected application and a lost week.

Our PRO team prepares the applications, pays the government fees on your behalf, tracks each one and tells you when something is due to expire. You get a clear list of costs before we start and a status update whenever something moves.

  • Government fees shown separately from our fee
  • Expiry dates tracked for licences and visas
  • Status updates on WhatsApp
  • Mainland and free zone authorities

A dedicated PRO only pays for itself in larger companies.

Applications are checked before submission, so they go through the first time.

Ask on WhatsApp

What are PRO services?

PRO stands for public relations officer. It covers the processing of government documents for a company and its people: visas, labour and immigration files, licence renewals, attestations and approvals.

How long does an employment visa take in Dubai?

Typically two to three weeks from the work permit application to the residence visa, depending on the authority, the applicant’s nationality and how quickly the medical and biometrics are completed.

Are government fees included in your price?

We quote our service fee and the government fees separately, so you can see exactly what is paid to the authorities. Government fees are charged at cost.

Do you handle free zone companies as well?

Yes. We work with mainland authorities and with free zone portals for visas, renewals and amendments.
