Overview

Decisions are easier with numbers you trust.

Most advisory work begins with a question an owner cannot answer from the monthly accounts. Is this new branch worth opening? What is the business worth to an investor? Why is profit up and cash down? Should the group be restructured now that corporate tax applies?

Because we audit, keep books and file tax returns for companies like yours, we know where the numbers usually hide the answer. You get a clear written report, the model behind it, and a conversation about what to do next.

  • Reports written for banks, investors and partners
  • Models you can update yourself
  • Tax and audit consequences considered up front
  • Fixed fee per assignment

Ask on WhatsApp

What does a feasibility study include?

A description of the project, market and competitor analysis, setup and running costs, revenue assumptions, projected profit and loss and cash flow, break-even and sensitivity analysis, and a conclusion on viability.

How is a business valued in the UAE?

Commonly by discounted cash flow, by earnings or revenue multiples of comparable businesses, or by net assets. We usually apply more than one method and explain why the final range is reasonable.

How long does an advisory assignment take?

A valuation or feasibility study typically takes two to four weeks, depending on how quickly information is available. We agree the timeline with the fee at the start.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before receiving any documents, and access is limited to the team working on your assignment.
